Alien Church
Our flagship reptoid IPA brewed with fluffy malted oats and hopped aggressively with Cascade and Columbus. Dry hopped with a huge dose of the choicest Citra, Mosaic, and Chinook. This is the one. 7.0% Notes of ripe mango, blueberry gummies, floral lychee, pink grapefruit, and peach rings.

Our precious pale ale. Brewed with oats. Hopped intensely with Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo. Hazy, juicy, and eminently crushable. 5.5% Notes of kiwi, dank, light pine sap, nectarine, honeysuckle, and tangelo.

A house favorite. Brewed with an abundance of oats and fermented with our expressive house ale yeast. Dry hopped with bright and pungent Motueka and Nelson Sauvin from our most recent selections on the South Island of New Zealand. PUNGE is PUNGE is PUNGE is PUNGE. 8.3% Notes of cotton candy grapes, tangy Mandarin orange, watermelon candies, fir needles, and musky green melon.

Punge Cubed
Punge Cubed is the gnarliest iteration of Punge yet. We compiled a gargantuan malt bill of 2-Row and all the malted and flaked oats and added tons of Nelson and Motueka in the mash before hopping it with an absolutely ridiculous dry-hop of Nelson and Motueka. Punge Cubed was dry-hopped at a staggering 8.8 pounds of hops per barrel! It is both the biggest and the most aggressively hopped version of Punge we’ve ever done. 9.5% Notes of mango smoothie, tangerine freeze pop, and Strawberry Cough.

Pungison
Pungison is our brand new Punge-ified saison! Brewed with spelt and red wheat, then slammed in the dry hop with super pungent Motueka and Nelson Sauvin. Fermented with our house saison yeast and aged in oak barrels. Subtle, effervescent, tart, and hoppy all at the same time! 6.5% Notes of pineapple soda, lime sorbet, fresh cut grass, and Super Lemon Haze.

DDH Punge Milkshake (Nelson Sauvin & Motueka)
Our newest un-fruited iteration of our boundary pushing culinary IPA series, dreamt up with our BUDS at Omnipollo. Brewed with fluffy oat malt, flaked oats, and lactose sugar for that pillowy mouthfeel. Conditioned on fragrant Madagascar vanilla beans. Hopped with the choicest Citra and Mosaic, and then given the PUNGE treatment in the dry hop with an exorbitant amount of New Zealand Nelson Sauvin and Motueka. 8.0% Notes of sweet cream, tropical punch, pine resin, and Bubba Kush.

Triple Pineapple Peach Punge
This is our amped up and blissed out version of our already killer Pineapple Punge. Brewed with our oat-y Punge base and hopped with the one-two combo of Nelson Sauvin and Motueka.. but the real star of the show here is the 250 lbs of sweet pineapple and 250 lbs of juicy peach we threw in to make one of the most decadent DIPAs you can imagine! 8.7% Notes of peach rings, pina colada, and Pineapple Express.

Sea of Green
The annual return of one of the first double IPAs ever produced by Tired Hands back in the summer of 2012. Brewed with an abundance of fluffy oats and hopped quite assertively on the hot side. Fermented with our dear house ale yeast and heavily dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe, Chinook, Hallertau Blanc, and Columbus. Notes of bright pineapple, orange zest, musky melon, and late harvest Lemon Haze.

DDH Grassman (Cascade)
Grassman has long been one of our absolute favorites from waayyy back in the BrewCafe catalog, with this iteration updated with that heavy duty secondary hop we all know and love, Cascade. Brewed with soft 'n' fluffy oats and local wildflower honey and fermented with our expressive house ale yeast. Dry hopped aggressivly with Citra and Nelson Sauvin from our selections in Washington and New Zealand and then secondarily dry hopped with mountains of Cascade! 8.3% Notes of freshly squeezed tangerine, honeydew sorbet, sweet mango nectar, lychee gummies, and lots and lots of, uh, grass, man.

Brewed with all German Pilsner malt and hopped lightly with Hallertau Mittelfrüh from our friends in Bavaria. Fermented with our house lager yeast and cold conditioned for five weeks before its release. Refined, delicate, and eminently crushable. 4.8% Notes of white grapes and peaches, clover honey, and fresh cut grass.

Trendler Kolsch
Trendler Kölsch is our simple beer brewed in the image of the provincial beers of Cologne, Germany. Composed of 100% German base malts and a restrained hop bill of all Hallertau Mittelfruh. Fermented on the warmer side of the lager spectrum with a yeast derived from one of the better known Kölsch breweries and cold conditioned for 3 weeks before packaging. A true staff favorite! 4.8% Notes of donut peaches, white honeysuckle, and jasmine.

Trendler Doppelbock
A tribute to our favorite strong lagers from Bavaria. This one is built from a plethora of German malts and hopped lightly with Hallertau Mittelfruh. Fermented extra cool with our house lager strain and stored cold for roughly three months. 7.5% Notes of medium toast, cantaloupe, light pecan, concord grape, and toffee.

Ourison
This beer represents the progression and evolution of our saison fermentation program. Ourison is our saison, SaisonHands, left to condition in oak and then allowed to fully express itself via a lengthy can conditioning period. The end result is a highly refined, snappy, and pungent beer that is one of the most simplistic and exciting iterations of saison that we have ever produced. 4.8% Notes of oak, bitter grape, and tart lemon.

Eviscerated Pathway Of Beauty
Brewed with heaps of flaked and malted oats. Hopped and dry hopped exclusively and intensely with super-pungent Citra from our annual hop selection trip out West. Concise, and absolutely crushing. 8.6% Notes of juicy orange-peach, Piña Colada, ripe mango, and herbaceous big sticky icky green.

DDH Simcoe Milkshake
Yet another riff on our captivating Culinary IPA series, originally dreamt up with our forever lifemates at Omnipollo. We haven't kept if much of a secret over the last 11 years that almighty Simcoe is one of our all time favorite hops! So we had another go at giving it the ol' shake treatment... Brewed as always with copious amount of fluffy oat flakes, malted wheat, and lactose sugar, and conditioned on luscious Madagascar vanilla beans. Intensely dry hopped with the very choicest Mosiac and Citra and secondarily dry hopped to the heavens with the pungent and utterly singular Simcoe from the Pacific Northwest. 9.2% Notes of copious amounts of orange creamsicles down the Jersey Shore with some lime spritz to wash it down.

Austere Modular 13
Austere Modular 13 is the newest installment in our on-going experimental lager series. This particular iteration of Austere is a bone-dry pilsner, brewed with rye and hopped with Ella! This yields an unbelievably crisp and dry pilsner. 5.0% Notes of stone fruit, puckering white grape, and pretzel dough.

Modern Gulpie
Brewed with a blend of very pale domestic and imported base malts and hopped judiciously with Hallertauer from one of our friends in Bavaria. Fermented with our dear house Lager strain, and cold conditioned for a spell before packaging. Crushable Void
Crushable Only Void is our slimmed down and slammable version of our imperial stout, Only Void. Loaded with a mini version of it’s big brother’s malt bill, Crushable Void is all of the flavor of an imperial stout with less than half the punch. 4.5% Notes of dark raisin bread, biscuit, and coffee with light cream.

Care Too Much
Care Too Much is an ale aged in oak and double dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc. Brewed in September 2021 and primarily fermented in oak with our Magickal Saison yeast and mixed cultures. Bottled in March 2022 and refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. 7.0% Notes of kaffir lime, honeysuckle, and agua fresca.

Fantasy Moth
Brewed in January 2019 with domestic Pilsner malt, raw wheat, and malted oats. Generously hopped in the whirlpool with aged whole leaf hops. Primarily fermented in an open-top tank tank with our Magickal Saison yeast. Secondarily fermented in a Vin Santo cask with our house cultures for over a year. Bottled in May 2020. Refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. 6.6% Notes of yuzu pith, sour mixed berries, and flying into the flame.

Kazoo
Brewed in June of 2022 and primarily fermented in oak with our Magickal Saison yeast and mixed cultures. It's then conditioned on fresh lime, mango, and luscious Madagascar vanilla beans. Double dry hopped with Motueka and Mosaic. Bottled in December of 2022 and re-fermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. Bold, sour, and unmistakably tropical. 6.5% Notes of flipped upside down mango water ice, frozen pina colada, and vanilla soft serve.

Plumage
Plumage is an ale aged in oak, conditioned on plums, and double dry hopped with Vic Secret. Brewed in March of 2022 primarily fermented in an oak foudre with our Magickal Saison yeast and mixed cultures. Bottled in July of 2022 and refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. 7.6% Notes of white grape must, French vanilla custard, and jelly fruit slices.

Metal Witch
Our Mosaic barrel aged saison brewed in February of 2022 and primarily fermented on oak with our Magickal Saison yeast and mixed cultures. Aged for six months in French oak barrels. Generously dry hopped with Mosaic. Bottled in August of 2022 and re-fermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. 7.0% Notes of sour pucker, berries on berries, and a walk through an oak barrel winery in France.

Songs From a Barn: Sponcitwit
Brewed in late Spring 2019. Composed of 50% domestic raw white wheat. Cooled in the night air in our handmade copper koelschip atop chamomile, oranges, and grapefruit. Co-fermented with a classic witbier yeast and native Chester County flora. Fermented in French oak puncheons for roughly two years. Further conditioned atop fresh pomelo, grapefruit, and oranges. Bottled in 2021. 6.5% Notes of candied orange peel, tepache, and star fruit.

A blend of Spontaneous Songs brewed between 2017 and 2019. Cooled in the night air in our handmade copper koelschip, situated in a beautiful barn in Chester County, PA. Entirely spontaneously fermented and aged in freshly empty wine puncheons for a sum total of four years. Bottled in 2020. 7.0% Notes of horse blanket, pear cider and green, green grape.

Songs From a Barn: Spontaneous Songs Peach 2019
Brewed in the early Winter of 2019. Cooled in the night air of our handmade copper koelschip, situated in a beautiful barn in Chester County, PA. Entirely spontaneously fermented and aged in freshly emptied wine puncheons for one year. Then transferred into two new puncheons containing a combined total of one ton of local yellow peaches. Bottled in 2022. 7.0% Notes of fruit filled gummie peach rings, soft grape must, and Peach Melba.

Songs From a Barn: Sponwit
Our Songs From A Barn serious is a beautiful series of saisons composed of a consistent base of 50% Pilsner malt and 50% wheat (raw & malted) and left to ferment spontaneously with the Chester County fresh air microflora in our homemade copper koelschip. Sponwit was brewed in the late Spring of 2019 and cooled atop chamomile, oranges, and grapefruit. Fermented with a classic witbier yeast and secondarily fermented in French oak puncheons for two years. 6.5% Notes of dandelion greens, orange lollipops full of bubblegum, and kiwiberry.

Sticky Drippy Crystals
This bright and pungent saison is brewed with malted and raw wheat and local wildflower honey from our friends at Fruitwood Orchards in New Jersey. Primarily fermented in stainless with our Magickal Saison yeast before being transferred for conditioning in a large French oak fourdre atop our house mixed culture. TONS of honey in this batch! 6.5% Notes of ripe pineapple, white pepper, beeswax, Juicy Fruit, and dry riesling.

Whatever, Nevermind
Our good yule saison! First brewed for the winter holidaze, but didn't quite make it to the shelves until early January. This batch was brewed in July of 2022 with some of our special malted wheat and hopped with Cascade. Fermented in a large oak foudre with Magickal Saison yeast and then bottle conditioned since October of 2022 with our house microflora for a natural carbonation. 9.2% Notes of vanilla oak, pineapple upside down cake, lightly toasted coconut, and gooseberry jam.
