Knuckle IPA 6-pack

Knuckle is our brand new crushable IPA. Like it's big brother Extra knuckle, this is a celebration of one of our favorite hops- Mosaic! This one starts with a base of 2-row and red wheat. Generously hopped in the kettle with Mosaic, Columbus, and Simcoe, then dry hopped with a heavy handed dose of Mosaic to highlight the complex flavors this strain brings to the table. Light, bright, and ultra flavorful. Notes of Meyer Lemon, spruce tips, and slightly under ripe honeydew. 4.6% ABV.
