Ergot 4-pack

Ergot is our Cacao and Honey Quadruple IPA. Brewed with sorghum, oats, rye, and wheat, as well as local wildflower honey. Refermented with the juice of the cacao pod fruit, and conditioned on cacao nibs. Dry hopped aggressively with Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, and wet German Cascade. Notes of Mary Jane candies, Irish Soda Bread, and raw honeycomb. 13.7% ABV.
