Cattle Dog Smile 4-pack

Cattle Dog Smile is our latest foray into abyss of Hop Saturation. A Hop Saturated TIPA Brewed as a homage to our favorite Blue Healer, Barlowe.  Malts consisted of Pilsner, Malted Oats, Chit Malt, Dextrin Malt and Wheat.  Dry hopped intensely Citra, NZ Paladisi, Motueka and NZ Cascade.  Cattle Dog Smile is resinous and dank, but yet seemingly has hints of every citrus rind that you can possible think of, guava, over-ripe mango, pink grapefruit, a hint of creamy vanilla (although no vanilla was added), lime soda pop, and a hint of pine.  Cattle Dog Smile demands your attention just like Barlowe does, and for good reason, they both deserve it. - 9.4%
