Austere Modular 6-pack

Austere Modular - Experimental Pilsner - 5.4% ABV - The next in our annual experimental series of pilsners/lagers. Each year, we stray from the traditional pilsner/lager brewing processes and ingredients to explore where we can push the boundaries. This iteration is brewed with pilsner malt and blonde roast oats; using oats in this style is untraditional. We hopped it with Czech Saaz, commonly seen in pilsners, and Nectaron, uncommonly seen in pilsners. This year is one of our best yet. Notes of hay, honey green tea, and summertime.
