Tacohands
Street Taco Inspired IPA. Composed with a grist of malted barley, flaked maize, and corn tortillas. Brewed with fresh lime zest & juice, coriander, cilantro, cracked black pepper, sea salt, Spanish paprika and cumin, as well as ancho and guajillo chiles. Dry hopped with pungent Citra and the always classy-n-zesty Motueka from New Zealand. Notes of pungent lime zest, fresh cornbread, fruity peppercorn, citrus curd, and lush green herbs. 6.8% abv.

Our flagship reptoid IPA brewed with fluffy malted oats and hopped aggressively with Cascade and Columbus. Dry hopped with a huge dose of the choicest Citra, Mosaic, and Chinook. This is the one. 7.0% Notes of ripe mango, blueberry gummies, floral lychee, pink grapefruit, and peach rings.

Extra Vanilla Milkshake
One of our favorite killer riffs on our over-the-top Culinary IPA series. Brewed with a heavy amount of oats and lactose sugar. Hopped AND dry hopped intensely with Mosaic & Citra and then conditioned atop almost twice our usual amount of luscious Madagascar vanilla beans. Dreamt up with our forever loving friends Oomnipollo and carried forth into tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow. 9.2% Notes of vanilla ice cream, sugar cookie, bright stone fruit, citrus leaf, and guava pastry.

DDH Grassman
Grassman has long been one of our absolute favorites from waayyy back in the BrewCafe catalog, with this iteration updated with that heavy duty secondary hop we all know and love, Cascade. Brewed with soft 'n' fluffy oats and local wildflower honey and fermented with our expressive house ale yeast. Dry hopped aggressivly with Citra and Nelson Sauvin from our selections in Washington and New Zealand and then secondarily dry hopped with mountains of Cascade! Notes of freshly squeezed tangerine, honeydew sorbet, sweet mango nectar, lychee gummies, and lots and lots of, uh, grass, man.

DDH Eviscerated Pathway Of Beauty (Simcoe Cryo)
A Citra-obsessed, hyper, hyper gluttonous, overly gratuitous Simcoe Cyro variant on one of our consistent favorite house beers. Brewed with Citra, as always, and heaps of flaked and malted oats and dry hopped intensely with earthy and piney Simcoe Cryo. Concise, and absolutely crushing. Notes of everything we love about Citra and Simcoe! 8.3% Notes of extra ripe mango smoothies, Meyer lemon zest, pine resin, extra creamy tangerine gelato, and that bright, bright, bright fresh dank green stuff.

Eviscerated Pathway Of Beauty
Brewed with heaps of flaked and malted oats. Hopped and dry hopped exclusively and intensely with super-pungent Citra from our annual hop selection trip out West. Concise, and absolutely crushing. 8.6% Notes of juicy orange-peach, Piña Colada, ripe mango, and herbaceous big sticky icky green.

Weedeater
Weedeater is our fresh and flowery double IPA. Ground from a grist of malted and flaked oats as well as American two row barley and hopped aggressively on the hot side with Ekuanot, Columbus, and Amarillo. Fermented with our expressive house ale yeast and absolutely lit-up with a massive dry hop of Citra, Ekuanot, Amarillo, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin. 8.4% Notes of tangelo haze, overripe papaya, and green, green, green, green grass.

Punge Cubed
Punge Cubed is the gnarliest iteration of Punge yet. We compiled a gargantuan malt bill of 2-Row and all the malted and flaked oats and added tons of Nelson and Motueka in the mash before hopping it with an absolutely ridiculous dry-hop of Nelson and Motueka. Punge Cubed was dry-hopped at a staggering 8.8 pounds of hops per barrel! It is both the biggest and the most aggressively hopped version of Punge we’ve ever done. 9.5% Notes of mango smoothie, tangerine freeze pop, and Strawberry Cough.

Pungison
Pungison is our brand new Punge-ified saison! Brewed with spelt and red wheat, then slammed in the dry hop with super pungent Motueka and Nelson Sauvin. Fermented with our house saison yeast and aged in oak barrels. Subtle, effervescent, tart, and hoppy all at the same time! 6.5% Notes of pineapple soda, lime sorbet, fresh cut grass, and Super Lemon Haze.

Little Log Cabin: Europe '72
Brewed with our usual comfy/cozy grist of flaked oats and American two-row barley, as well as a bit of local wildflower honey. Dry hopped twice with a blend of Riwaka and Cascade from New Zealand and a touch of Sabro from the northwestern USA. 7.8% Notes of tropical fruits, citrus popsicle, soft honey, and dank herb.

DDH Simcoe Milkshake
Yet another riff on our captivating Culinary IPA series, originally dreamt up with our forever lifemates at Omnipollo. Brewed as always with copious amount of fluffy oat flakes, malted wheat, and lactose sugar, and conditioned on luscious Madagascar vanilla beans. Intensely dry hopped with the very choicest Mosiac and Citra and secondarily dry hopped to the heavens with the pungent and utterly singular Simcoe from the Pacific Northwest. 9.2% Notes of orange creamsicles down the Jersey Shore with some lime spritz to wash it down.

Moss Covered Cottage
Coffee Porter. Brand spanking new! Brewed with a base of 2-row, dark speciality malts, roasted barley, and hopped with Chinook. It’s then conditioned on our delicious small batch house-roasted coffee! Warm and drinkable, this one evokes - notes of Boston Brown bread, Caffe Americano, and misty mornings in a cottage outside Falkirk. 4.0% abv.

Crushable Only Void is our slimmed down and slammable version of our imperial stout, Only Void. Loaded with a mini version of it’s big brother’s malt bill, Crushable Void is all of the flavor of an imperial stout with less than half the punch. 4.5% Notes of dark raisin bread, biscuit, and coffee with light cream.

Trendler Doppelbock
A tribute to our favorite strong lagers from Bavaria. This one is built from a plethora of German malts and hopped lightly with Hallertau Mittelfruh. Fermented extra cool with our house lager strain and stored cold for roughly three months. 7.5% Notes of medium toast, cantaloupe, light pecan, concord grape, and toffee.

Trendler Schwarzbier
Brewed with pilsner malt, as well as a tasteful flurry of German specialty and dark malts. Hopped assertively with German Hersbrucker from our buddies in Bavaria, fermented with our house lager yeast, and cold conditioned for four weeks. Extremely stark, restrained, and elegant, yet eminently crushable. 5.5% Notes of black tea, medium toast, cinnamon raisin, Ethiopian coffee, and fertile earth.

Care Too Much
Ale aged in oak and double dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc. Brewed in September 2021. Primarily fermented with our Magickal Saison yeast and mixed cultures bottled in March 2022 and refermented in bottle for natural carbonation. -Notes of kaffir lime, honeysuckle, and agua fresca. 7% abv.

Fantasy Moth
Brewed in January 2019 with domestic Pilsner malt, raw wheat, and malted oats. Generously hopped in the whirlpool with aged whole leaf hops. Primarily fermented in an open-top tank tank with our Magickal Saison yeast. Secondarily fermented in a Vin Santo cask with our house cultures for over a year. Bottled in May 2020. Refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. - Notes of yuzu pith, sour mixed berries, and flying into the flame. 6.66% abv.

Brewed in June 2022 and primarily fermented in oak with our Magickal Saison yeast and mixed cultures. Then conditioned on fresh lime, Mango, and luscious Madagascar vanilla beans. Double dry hopped with Motueka and Mosaic. Bottled in December 2022 and refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. Bold, sour, and unmistakably tropical; A perfect fruity summer crusher! Notes of flipped upside down mango water ice, frozen pina colada and vanilla soft serve. 6.5 % abv.

Plumage
Ale aged in oak, conditioned on Plums, and double dry hopped with Vic Secret. Brewed in March 2022 and primarily fermented in an oak foudre with our Magickal Saison yeast and mixed cultures. Bottled in July 2022 and refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. Notes of white grape must, French Vanilla custard, and jelly fruit slices. 5.3% abv.

Whatever, Nevermind
Our good yule saison! First brewed for the winter holidaze, but didn't quite make it to the shelves until early January. This batch was brewed in July of 2022 with some of our special malted wheat and hopped with Cascade. Fermented in a large oak foudre with Magickal Saison yeast and then bottle conditioned since October of 2022 with our house microflora for a natural carbonation. -Notes of vanilla oak, pineapple upside down cake, lightly toasted coconut, and gooseberry jam. 9.2% abv.

Brewed in the early Winter of 2020. Cooled in the night air of our handmade copper koelschip. Fermented and matured in a first use egg shaped American oak foeder for 36 months. Bottled in late winter of 2022. Notes of toffee, burnt brown sugar, and Crème Caramel. 11% abv.

Brewed in the late Spring of 2019. Composed of 50% raw white wheat. Cooled in the night air in our handmade copper koelschip atop chamomile, oranges and grapefruit. Co-fermented with a classic witbier yeast and native Chester County flora. Fermented in French oak puncheons for roughly two years. Bottled in 2021. Notes of dandelion greens, orange lollipop with bubblegum in it and kiwiberry. 6.5% abv.

Brewed in late Spring 2019. Composed of 50% domestic raw white wheat. Cooled in the night air in our handmade copper koelschip atop chamomile, oranges and grapefruit. Co-fermented with a classic witbier yeast and native Chester County flora. Fermented in French oak puncheons for roughly two years. Further conditioned atop fresh pomelo, grapefruit and oranges. Bottled in 2021. Notes of candied orange peel, tepache and star fruit. 6.5% abv.

Brewed in the early Winter of 2019. Cooled in the night air of our handmade copper koelschip.. Entirely spontaneously fermented and aged in freshly emptied wine puncheons for one year. I then transferred this blend into two new puncheons containing a combined total of one ton of local yellow peaches. Bottled in 2022. Notes of fruit filled gummi peach rings, soft grape must and Peach Melba. 7% abv.

A blend of Spontaneous Songs brewed between 2017 and 2019. Cooled in the night air in our handmade copper koelschip, situated in a beautiful barn in Chester County, PA. Entirely spontaneously fermented and aged in freshly empty wine puncheons for a sum total of four years. Bottled in 2020. Notes of horse blanket, pear cider and green, green grape. 7% abv.
